QUALITY POLICY
 In order to support the company's growth and, at the same time, to consolidate its marketing position, in the beginning of 2005 the company's Board of Directors launched a procedure aimed at the implementation of a Structured Quality System in accordance with to the criteria of the ISO 9000. The implementation of the above mentioned management system has entailed the thorough revision of the entire company's organization; in particular, ISO 9001: 2000 based internal processes' structure has induced the company to adopt customer satisfaction oriented strategy, the main modern marketing lever.
For the company's Board of Directors, the achievement of Quality System Certification in accordance with the criteria of UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 testifies both the company's success in implementing the new management system and the demonstration of the company's ability to maintain through time the adopted quality standards and guidelines. |
